Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your steadyard account and all data tied to it at any time. There is no form to fill out and no penalty.

How to request deletion

  1. Email hi@steadyard.com from the email address linked to your steadyard account.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my account
  3. In the body, just say you want your account deleted. No reason required.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, brokerage, city, state, phone)
  • Your brand assets (colors, logos, headshots)
  • Your voice preferences and quiz answers
  • All carousels and property posts we generated for you
  • The Instagram OAuth tokens we hold for your account
  • Your subscription record (after Stripe-side closure)

Posts that have already been published to your Instagram stay on Instagram unless you delete them yourself. We have no way to unpublish them after the fact.

Timeline

We confirm receipt of your request within two business days. Deletion is complete within 30 days of receipt. You get a confirmation email when it is done.

What we keep

We keep the minimum records required by law and by Stripe (the payment processor): invoice records and the dollar amounts paid. These records do not include your content, your IG token, or any operational data — only the financial transaction history needed for accounting.

If you change your mind

Deletion is permanent. Once it is done, we cannot recover your account, brand assets, or post archive. If you might come back, consider canceling your subscription instead — that stops billing immediately but keeps your data on file for 90 days in case you want to resume.
