Terms of Service

steadyard is a subscription service. We post three carousels per week on your real estate Instagram account, in your voice, about your actual market. Posts are generated and published automatically based on the information you provide during onboarding. We also let you generate property posts on demand without an extra charge.

steadyard costs $129 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Your card is charged the day you sign up and then on the same date each month. The price you sign up at is the price you keep for as long as your subscription stays active.

For the first 100 founding subscribers, the $129 price is locked for life. After 100, the standard $129 still applies but future price changes (if any) apply to new subscribers per their signup date.

You can cancel any time. One click from your dashboard. No email required, no retention call. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. Your account stays open in case you come back.

We guarantee three posts in your dashboard within 5 minutes of completing the quiz. If we miss it, we refund the full $129 automatically. No questions, no support ticket.

Beyond the 5-minute guarantee, refunds are at our discretion. If something genuinely goes wrong, email us and we will make it right.

You own the content steadyard generates for you. We have a limited license to publish it on the Instagram account you connect, for as long as your subscription is active.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us in the quiz (your market, niche, brand colors, etc.) and for staying compliant with real estate advertising rules in your jurisdiction (Fair Housing, MLS rules, state-specific disclosures). steadyard verifies factual claims in generated content against published sources, but you are the licensed professional and the final reviewer.

Do not use steadyard to publish content that is illegal, that violates the rules of Meta or your local real estate board, or that infringes on anyone else's rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it. Posting to Instagram depends on Meta's Graph API, which has its own outages outside our control. If your posts stop publishing because of a Meta-side issue, we work to resolve it as soon as possible and do not charge you for any time you go without service for that reason.

We provide steadyard as is. Our total liability to you in any given month is capped at the amount you paid us in that month. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost commissions, missed deals, reputation effects, etc.).

Either of us can terminate the agreement at any time. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a violation of these terms, we refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top and email active subscribers a summary of what changed at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of steadyard after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
