Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google). When you complete the onboarding quiz, we store the information you provide: your name, brokerage, city, state, phone, brand colors, voice preferences, and any logos or headshots you upload.

When you connect your Instagram Business account, we store the access tokens Meta gives us. We use those tokens to publish posts to your account on the schedule you signed up for.

We do not collect personal information about anyone other than you. We do not buy or sell data.

We share data only with the services we use to run steadyard. Those are:

• Stripe — to process your subscription payments
• Anthropic, OpenAI — to generate content for your posts
• Pexels, Unsplash — to source stock photography for posts
• Meta (Instagram Graph API) — to publish your posts
• Resend — to send you transactional emails
• Sentry — to monitor errors so we can fix problems quickly
• Hostinger — the server that hosts steadyard

We do not share your data with marketers, data brokers, or any other third parties for their own purposes.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That is the only cookie steadyard sets directly. The third parties listed above may set their own cookies on pages they serve (for example, Stripe Checkout).

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. To do any of these things, email hi@steadyard.com from the email linked to your account. See our data deletion instructions for more detail.

If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR applies. If you are in California, CCPA applies. You have the rights those laws give you. The same email address handles requests from any jurisdiction.

We keep your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we keep it for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it unless you ask us to keep it longer. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

steadyard is for licensed real estate professionals. It is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

When we update this policy, we change the date at the top and email active subscribers a summary of what changed at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
